Here are some special instructions for the 2014 ACE Spring Conference
\nBeech Bend Camp-Out. In addition to these instructions, a disclaimer\/waiver
\nwill be required for all campers. This disclaimer\/waiver will be sent out to
\nconference attendees (that register with a valid email address) about a week
\nbefore the event. If you\\’re planning on participating in the camp-out, you
\nwill need to print out the disclaimer\/waiver and have it filled out prior
\nto arriving to Beech Bend. This will help speed up the registration process
\nfor you.<\/p>\n

\nstay safe. So if everyone follows these special instructions, we will all
\nhave an awesome camping experience inside Beech Bend Park & Splash Lagoon.

\nCamp-Out\u2014
\n\u2022 The Park Official(s) and the Events Director has final authority.
\n\u2022 Participants MUST provide their own sleeping bag(s) and\/or tent(s),
\nblankets, pillows, etc.
\n\u2022 No vehicles, campers, RV\u2019s, motorized vehicles, golf carts, bicycles,
\netc. allowed in the camp-out area.
\n\u2022 ALL participants MUST remain in the direct camp-out vicinity at ALL
\ntimes. Anyone leaving the camp-out area WILL be asked to leave immediately. NO
\nEXCEPTIONS!
\n\u2022 The available showers and restrooms will be designated to all
\nparticipants.
\n\u2022 In case of inclement weather, ALL participants will be moved to an
\nindoor venue at the discretion of park official.
\n\u2022 Participants may set up their tents, sleeping bags, etc. after 5 p.m.
\nand not before. Anyone not set up by 11 p.m. will not be allowed to camp-out.
\nNO LATE ARRIVALS!
\n\u2022 Participants MUST have everything removed from the camp-out area before
\n8 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS!
\n\u2022 NO coolers, radios, cd players, televisions, alcohol, drugs, fires,
\ngrills or candles are allowed.
\n\u2022 Cellular telephones MUST be on silent after 12 midnight. Cell phone
\nusage should be minimal.
\n\u2022 Smoking is NOT allowed in the camp-out area. A designated smoking area
\nwill be available.
\n\u2022 Participants that choose not to sleep during the camp-out or get up
\nprior to 6 a.m. MUST be respectful of the other campers.
\n\u2022 Any participants under the age of 18 MUST be in the direct presence of
\nan adult guardian at all times.
\n\u2022 Rude, loud, obnoxious or inappropriate behavior will NOT be tolerated.
\nThose in violation will be asked to leave immediately.
\n\u2022 Participants must clean up after themselves and not leave any trash in
\nthe camp-out area.
\n\u2022 ACE member family members & guests and their behaviors are the direct
\nresponsibility of the ACE member. ALL campers must be registered attendees of
\n the 2014 ACE Spring Conference.
\n\u2022 Participants will be allowed in the breakfast area at 6:30 a.m.
\n\u2022 Any Conference attendee that utilizes the campground area with a RV,
\ncamper, motorized vehicle, etc. shall adhere to all Special Instructions
\nlisted herein that apply. (**Fees are required to use the Beech Bend
