2019 ACE Preservation Conference

As you may already know, the ACE Preservation Conference is in New England
this coming summer (a nice thought, as some of us look out our windows at
snow falling in November)!

Currently, the schedule is:

Friday, July 26, Funtown Splashtown USA, Saco, Maine

Saturday, July 27, Story Land, Glen, New Hampshire

Sunday, July 28, Santa’s Village, Jefferson, New Hampshire

For many members, this event will require hotels stay and there will be
some large driving distances between the parks.

Event organizers have submitted requests from various lodging
establishments for group pricing, but no arrangements have been announced
as of yet. Knowing how expensive lodgings in these areas can be during the
high summer season, even group rates might be on the high side. Some may
even require a 2-night minimum stay.

You might want to consider your own search to find and book hotels/motels
early. If you don’t know the areas well enough to know where you can stay,
the web sites of each park have links to hotels, motels and campgrounds in
their vicinity.

I will share any ACE-arranged hotel/motel information once it’s in place.

See you in the queue,

bring one non-ACE parent/guardian to accompany them in the park. Please
